Harassment

I've been receiving countless calls from Truworths Group searching for someone I don't even know "Mrs Gomba". It appears that she has given my number for her Truworths account, and despite my efforts to clarify this, the calls have not stopped, I have spoken to branch managers, requesting to speak to Directors but no one seems to be able to help me resolve this issue. This constant harassment is causing me significant distress and inconvenience, as I have customers phoning me on my number for work and then I have someone phoning me wanting to talk to "Mrs Gomba" which ends up in a 10min argument, trying to plead with them to please take my number off and still no one seems to be able to do so.

I insist the company to take immediate action to rectify this situation and stop the unwarranted harassment and please take my number off of your system, as I have requested the last few months. Either this Mrs Gomba Provided the wrong number deliberately or Truworths failed to verify the new account contact number.

I have never had an account with Truworths and after this experience I will never open an account with Truworths.
