Harassing phone calls - INTRUSIVE
I was a few days late with my account. I paid on the date as promised. But since then i have received more than 2 phone calls every single f%$#@ day. I have received more than 2 phone calls every single day this entire week. If i didnt answer my cell on time, my home phone rang followed by my work phone. What part of the english language of " I HAVE ALREADY PAID VIA EFT did you not get, in order to wait a day or 2. You people are intrusive and over bearing. i will be closing this account and wish to never do business with you ever ever again. I have never come across being so harassed. Do you not have anything better to do. Why must 3 different people call me in one day????????????????????? absolutely frustrating. you should worry about sorting out all your unhappy clients on Hello peter instead of harassing people for R170.000
