Harassed for account I did not open

My sister recently suddenly passed away and instead of Truworths understanding, they are demanding me to take time out of my day and go to the store (which will increase my COVID-9 exposure) with a proof of death certificate, I never opened account with Truworths, I'm not sure why I'm harassed
