Happy with Truworths feedback

Last year I had an unfortunate case of Identity ***** where someone went to Truworths to open an account using my details and took clothes . In December 2021 I was getting smses and calls to pay up my installment and that was when I informed them that I did not open the account.

I was asked to bring in proof that the person who open the account was not me of which I did on 27 January 2022 and by 7 February 2022 I was already declared cleared of this account and was extremely excited with fast feedback that I received from the ***** department .
