Happy service/ poor quality watch

Honestly, I'm very impressed with the service of the jewellery department in the Kempton park branch at festival mall as a past employee they are doing a good job.

However, I am truly sad to say that I have to take my tomato watch in for repairs again for the second time because the quality of the leather and stitching keeps on getting damaged and a year hasn't passed on the warranty. I know I have small wrists but the product does have the holes for fair wear and tear but it hasn't been past a year, it's only been a few months. I honestly don't mind having my wrist used as quality assurance for the tomato brand because I really can't keep on returning the watch for repairs. I like the brand but this isn't it
