Excellent service received from the store manager at Uzzi Lakeside Mall Echo and consultant Kelvin . Its twice that I have been assisted by them and they are always smiling and so friendly they go out of their way to make you feel welcome especially Echo who comes across as happy to assist and even remembered that I was picking up my parcel there and had it waiting for me when I got to the front of the line. I really appreciate their help and the way myself and my husband are treated by them. It is really very difficult to find staff so friendly you should really value them as they are flying the brand flag high. I love shopping at Truworths and Uzzi due to service like this.
