Handed over to VVM for not being able to pay the full installment due to being on lay off

They don't even deserve a rating.

I would love to know why I have been handed over to '' VVM when I have been advising them since April that I have been on lay off and can't pay my full installment. It's not like I have not been paying my account every month, as I do. I have not been able to pay the full installment due, and arrangements had been made since the get go.

You are inconsiderate and *********** because how many times must I explain the same thing over and over. As soon as I finish the last Installment that I can afford , I'm closing this account.
