Handed over after making Payment arrangements
<p>I got a call yesterday 17 November from MBD attorneys. Miss<br /> Govender. I was told my account has been handed over. What I fail to<br /> understand why did I make payment arrangements with Truworths if this<br /> was going to happend? I'm 2 months in arrears not because I decided to<br /> go on holiday or buy Kylie Jenners lipstick from overseas and not pay<br /> my account. It's because our company is not doing financially well and<br /> staff members were not paid. That is what I told them. Fallen on deaf<br /> ears I've noticed. Payment was going to be made end of November. What<br /> I have noticed ignore the calls and they leave you alone. Be honest<br /> with them and they start sending attorneys after you for R950.<br /> Truworths call centre agents. They all about I understand. I will put<br /> that down as an arrangement. But when arrogant MBD calls you. I swear<br /> those call centre agents are trained at Quantico to demand the money<br /> like it's theirs. They will say as per Truworths. *you waiting for<br /> money* Hell yeah.. I'm waiting for my salary. So instead of telling<br /> Truworths my sad sobbing story. I should have just said I'm waiting<br /> for money. Oh well! There goes my Truworths account. Will be closing<br /> it once full and final settlement has been paid. Good Thing I suppose.<br /> Debt free....</p>

Thank you for the responds. However I suggest you listen to the calls as it is recorded. I don't think your consultants are honouring me by typing what the real reason was for not paying my account.
Recently as you stated. No!! I have been
in contact for over two months. I never got paid for two months and that's the reason it WAS not *honoured* and arragments was made for End of November as we will be getting 3 months salary.
And if you mean recently with MBD.
Honouring is my aim.. and closing my account is my game.
