Grossly poor service delivery

I n December 2021 I purchased merchandise from Truworths in the amount of R402.00 I paid them timeously for two consecutive months. I have been continuously harassed by them stipulating non payment. This has been from their businesses both in Cape Town and Gauteng. When I called to query I was pushed around. Furthermore they did not update my details at credit bureau. This has had a grossly negative impact on my credit profile. Their service delivery has been terribly unprofessional and pathetic. Kind regards Mrs Paton
