Great service from Cameron and Desiree at Truworths N1 city

Excellent service and assistance received by Cameron and Desiree when I went into the branch to query an account statement, I was assisted by Cameron and Desiree, after explaining my story Desiree got on the phone with their customer services department. Great assistance and understanding from these two, they could see I was not well and that the agent on the phone was being difficult but I was very impressed with their great help, and teamwork. Awesome people who care not only for their work but their clients. Cameron and Desiree, keep up the good work, I have never had any bad experiences in this branch and yesterday just proved to me how dedicated you guys are.

I am writing this review even though Truworths customer service has still not resolved my issue and I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Some of the agents at the call centres who I have dealt with can learn a lot from the branch staff. I am writing a review after this about that.
