Great service by Yibanathi

Truworths century city I came to your store with high expectations to shop, but as soon as i walked into the store, i felt the unfriendly vibe. I walk around looking for sizes and had to ask in every area for help as your staff was standing around having conversations with other staff. At this point I thought let me try another shop as I came to spend R5000 clearly ur staff dont get the idea of customer service. As I was leaving and taking my money where I get service I was approached by Yibanathi a staff member. He was egger to assist and was friendly and bladdy helpful unlike the rest of the staff that stands around.

Yibanathi was up and down looking for sizes and helping me put outfits together. If this young man did not cross my parth I would have left like so many other customers.Yibanathi need to train your staff in customer service and how to take care of paying customers he was so helpful I unloaded R6000 in your story with all the clothes Yibanathi put out for me to choose. With this kind of customer centric and focus staff u will make this store a no 1 selling store. Get this man to give tips to your lazy staff that causes your low score ratings. I'm grateful for the assistance I got from Yibanathi he is a big assist and great assistant. Well done Yibanathi being customer friendly and customer centric.
