After years of bad experience due to my card, at other shops I was even told if I don't produce id I cant buy, Nompumelo saw that the card don't swipe and simple ask can I offer you a new when I was returning an items, I told her that someone said it should be reported ****** before they can offer me a new card.

Thank you Nompumelo only my ID she requested and gave me a card, 15min was long enough for her to assist me with a smile and very friendly at the same time.
