Great Service at Truworths Eastgate Mall

I visited Truworths in Eastgate Mall and was helped by a lovely gentleman Sifiso Nkosi. He went out of his way to personally get the items I was looking for and luckily the store had them. It has been a while since I have received such great service from a retail store and I am very grateful to have been helped by Sifiso. He is friendly, patient and does his job with a smile.
