Great service
I received great customer service from your ladies at the N1 branch.
My watch which I bought randomly stopped working and the kind ladies at the branch helped me to book my watch in and have it sent off for repairs. They gave me clear instructions as to what happens next. This seldom happens at Retail stores. It is not the first time I am helped and given such great service at Truworths N1 City. For me, amongst all the branches, this one is for the #WIN.
