I visited the Truworths Man Southgate branch and was truly touched by the outstanding service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. I was looking for an outfit for my husband that I had seen online, but it was no longer available at the branch. After speaking to the manager, my experience completely changed. She went above and beyond by checking availability at other branches and arranging for the outfit to be delivered to Southgate. Within a week, I received a call to come and collect my order, at no extra cost. This level of care and dedication made me feel truly valued as a customer.
