Great Service

I would like to compliment Truworths Sandton particularly the following staff members, Sharon Meyer, Ntokozo Malinga and Mirriam Ramollo. I had just bought a phone that does not support certain apps and they played a big role in proving that and accepted the device back though Samsung insisted there was nothing wrong with their device, Great Service Truworths Sandton.

But I would like to ask a question, Why are we not getting replacement cards whenever one is lost? I lost mine in store Sep 2021 till now I haven't got it, what could be the problem because I have asked in several stores and no one has a straightforward answer?
