Great service..
Just want to thank the staff at the Truworths head office for promptly assisting with my complaint against their collections team ARA. Although the reply came about a week later, I am pleased with the level of service that I received, particularly from Charmaine who was willing to listen and understand where I was coming from. I did receive my settlement letter and am happy to put this all behind me and hopefully work with Truworts again the future.<br> <br> Sincererly,<br> Hauza
