Great service

I went to Truworths Cradlestone to purchase a wallet (because the old one was starting to fall apart) and ended up buying 2 items. Why? Because of a wonderful service I got from the staff.. Starting with Basetsana, the cashier who processed the sale, and told me about the voucher I qualified for after the first purchase, which enticed me to buy the pair of shoes; to the friendly and helpful lady ( forgot to ask for her name) at the shoes department who assisted me, to the supervisor on the day ( also forgot to ask for her name) who had to authorise the sales because I had forgotten my Truworths card, but had my ID. We ended up having a lively chat. Great customer service and wonderful experience. I was really impressed
