Great service

Exceptionally great service received from Truworth's - a month ago I went to Truworths Newtown they assisted me very well and ordered a pair of shoes for me from another branch they even called to confirm if the shoes was their, a couple of weeks ago I got an sms they shoes are not their came back to the store queries they checked the system again and it still showed the shoes was @ the store they called the store again and no shoes in the store even though they have it on the system. So Newtown branch did what they could. I then logged a complaint as this is false information given to clients as it shows on the system the shoes is their yet its not. I was then called by one of the consultants who assured me they will find me a pair of shoes days later I was called to Truworths Newtown and my shoes was their, Thank you so much for all your assistance much appreciated and to Newtown Junction branch for always delivering excellent service one of my favourite stores even the security it very friendly.
