Great job ladies
A few days ago I discovered a very good pair of shoes I bought a very few months ago had torn. I then requested assistance yesterday from the store in Campus Square, that's where I originally bought the shoe. I was informed to bring it in, & so I today. Indeed the shoe still looked in good condition except for the torn part. With no hassles, the ladies gladly assisted me by replacing it with another pair of shoes. I don't have a lot of pairs so I was anxious & I really loved the first pair but today I got an even better pair, if not the same. My smile was back on & left the store a happy chappy. So here's to Elsie & her team, many thanks for seeing my concern being attended to. I'll definitely visit your store again soon. You're the best!
