Great excellent service leads to sales it's that simple

Just want to thank Phezile Mposelwa for excellent service last Saturday at cosmetics. She is friendly and extremely helpful. Staff usually don't want to give clients samples. What they don't know is , if we love the samples we go back to purchase the real thing. She gave me a few samples with a smile. Today I'm proud to say I love my new perfume that costs only a few little Rands 😆 R1900. I gave a friend one of my samples, well guess what, she is on her way to buy her own 100ml .
