Great Customer service still exists at Truworths Clearwater Mall
I would like to extend a warm thank you to the Truworths team at Clearwater mall.
I was blown away by how Eunice the floor manager literally did my shopping for me after I had asked for her assistance, she matched colours, put together outfits , looked for sizes for me, waited for me to fit the clothes on and gave her honest opinion. The cherry on top was the make-up and face beat Lindiwe, Phumzile and Catherine help me with. All of this was done with great enthusiasm and a smile on each of their faces. I left feeling like I was the only customer in the store. The service was out of this world thank you so much ladies.
