GREAT ATTITUDE AND GOING THE EXTRA MILE

On 23 July 2015 between 10 : 45am and 10:55 am I phoned Truworths Clearwater Mall looking for a plum ladies winter jacket that I had seen in previous days at the store. I phoned as a normal customer and not from a branch. I did not even have required type and style numbers that are usually required to look up clothing items at all Truworths Stores. I was helped by a very sweet lady named LEBO who made me describe the item and went and looked for it while I was holding the line. Fortunately she found the jacket. She was very professional in the manner that she spoke to me and worse of all, most clothing items had been moved around as the store is going through a revamp. I would like to THANK HER for such great customer service. I truly and really appreciate what she did for me. I am proud to be a Truworths Account Holder. LEBO please keep up the good work. We, the customers....appreciate everything that you do for us.
