Good morning. Would like to say well done to the manager in Truworths Northgate , the tills went off while in long queue only one was working. He was talking to customers in the queue helping cashiers taking off tags on clothes while waiting to served. That made me wait to pay even though there was only one till working. Will also would like to say to IT teams in the organization to speed up fixing problems because this frustrates the teams in stores.
