Good customer service and willing to help
i went to your branch in protea glen to exchange a brand new shoes, i was told it is not possible since i have misplaced the box. i went to truworths in bank city where i was welcomed with smiles from the man on the door to the manager( Pulane) who gave me the best customer service i ever receive. allow me to say Pulune is the definition of customer service.<br>
