Good Customer Service

I had a wonderful experience at Truworths Vaal Mall thanks to Amo, Dimpho and Martha. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. When I had questions about sizing and current promotions, they patiently explained everything and even took the time to double-check an item I thought might be on sale. It was right after 17:00, the queue was so long and everyone just wants to be at home, but believe you, those ladies were working so hard to push that queue and still maintain professionalism. I love how they handled everything.

At checkout, Amo which was the one helping me was efficient yet friendly, making me feel like more than just another customer in line. Their positive attitude turned a simple shopping trip into something memorable. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back — and I hope Amo, Dimpho and Martha gets the recognition they deserve!
