Good Customer service
I rang Truworth in Canal Walk on Sunday to find out if they have a dress in a particular size. Lisa looked for it and it was there! I mentioned that I will visit the shop that afternoon. She mentioned she will also look for similar styles for me. When I visited the shop she put aside indeed several dresses. Unfortunately the size of the dress I was looking for didn't fit but she assisted me to find another dress! We found a nice one and she mentioned that she will still check for the other dress if she can find them at an other branch and get back to me the next day!! And indeed she did!!! Thanks Lisa for all your assistance!!
