Good customer service
I was at truworths Cresta around 11h00 today to change my damaged shoe, i was helped by the lady who called the store manager by the name of Lebo, i told her my slip is erased, she went back to the system to get the copy of purchase, wow she is such a star, humble, understanding serving her customers with smile, after she credit back the damage shoe she explain that she doesn't have any on stock she went extra mile to check were she can get the shoes for me, and phone the certain store to confirm if they still have. So i will like to say welldone to her, you are a hard worker, you know your customers. Your have good customer service, God bless..
