Good Customer service

I dont know what to say but I am ecstatic regarding the Customer service I received at Maponya Mall. A young lady whose name is Zinhle Radebe was busy but when I asked her a favor she immediately stopped whatever she was doing to help me. I was looking for a beautiful ceremony gown but couldn't find size. She helped me by checking it on the system and she was able to find few stores that has the item. But it was a bit far for me. So she came up with a suggestion that we should try to order it online and we did try to check it online . Even though it took time but she was genuinely patient with me. We then placed an order online. I walked out as a happy customer. I am recommending her honestly. Nowadays it is rear to find such wonderful and kind people. Thank you so much Zinhle for the wonderful service you gave me. Please continue giving others the same energy you gave me. May God bless you.
