Good Bye Truworths

My husband has, or should I say HAD a 6 month, interset free Truworths account. We don't often use the account, but in March made some purchases to the value of R754.31. On the fourth of April we made a payment of R600.00, leaving a balance of R154.31. On our May statement we have been charged R3.21 intersest and are being threathed to be handed over because the account is in arrears. We have since then paid the balance of R157.52, including the interst, and asked for the account to be closed. But we still receive messages that the account is in arrears. When I phone to query this, I was told that an amount needed to be paid every month, irrespecective of the fact that we have in fact paid in advance!!!! Not a good way to keep clients. Good BYE Truworhs!!!!!
