****** MARY SHOCKING QUALITY OF JACKETS
I purchased a every expensive ****** Mary Jacket from Truworths about 4 years ago. The jacket is well looked after and up until a month ago still in an amazing condition and all intact, however about a week ago the jacket started peeling in every possible place imaginable!!!!!<br> <br> This is very very upsetting as I paid R899.00 for the item! <br> <br> Should there not be a WARNING on the label stating that the item will deteriorate after 3-5 years?? What is the point of spending almost R1000.00 on a jacket and it doesn't even last 4 years? The Cape Gate Branch wont even listen to my story and basically I don't have any leg to stand on since the item is more than 6 months old!!! What a *******!!!!!<br> <br> I have been contemplating on closing my account for good, this is the final straw and I need no more convincing.

We acknowledge your frustration, however, as in your case, the item was purchased almost 4 years ago, and as such falls outside of the time period allowed for the return/exchange of defective goods. For this reason, we regrettably will not be able to assist regarding this issue.
