****** Mary Jacket bad quality

I purchased a Cream ****** Mary Jacket from Truworths which retailed at R799. I paid this much thinking that it would last me life time as this is not my only ****** Mary Jacket purchased. To my dismay the jacket starting peeling so badly that ever wearing it again is an impossibility. This of course happened outside of the return policy and for that reason I never went to the store to complain....I just don't want anyone to invest so much money in a garment that they will not be able to wear again. Truworths literally pays next to nothing for their garments yet they make 300% profit on a garment just to sell you low quality. Please take heed as you could preferably invest that R800 into a store that values their customers by selling a good quality garment.

Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to respond.

Our Returns Policy allows a return or an exchange on merchandise that presents with a potential quality issue, provided that the return is made within 6 months from the purchase date and all the returns criteria are met.

As you are no longer in possession of the purchase docket and due to the time frame that has passed since the date of purchase, we regret that we are unable to further assist you in this regard.

We acknowledge your frustration; however trust that you are able to accept our stance in this regard.

Yours sincerely,

You misrepresented to your customer that you are offering quality that in fact is not quality. The garment is not damaged by wear and tear. It is damaged because of the quality of material you use to make up the garment. It is evident that Truworths based on your above response takes no pride in what they sell to their customer nor do they take any pride in ensuring that their customers have purchased a good quality garment which would last them long after the six months have lapsed. Instead you are more focused on your "business process" in hope that you have silenced this complaint and that this would make the customer disappear. It is shocking that the staff of Truworths do not realize that Quality products help to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your GARMENT IS FALLING APARTand you are more concerned about the business process as opposed to the customer experience and journey To all who visit this site and who reads this review please think twice before purchasing those pleather ****** Mary Jackets retailing at R799 as the pleather starts pealing leaving you with a sad excuse for a Jacket which you cannot return because the 6 month return period has lapsed.

So sadly 2 years have passed since creating the awareness around the bad quality of the ****** Mary jackets at truworths and for faith in the truworths brand I had purchased yet another truworths ****** mary jacket.. Thinking hey maybe just maybe Truworths actually value the feedback and actually takes heed

Sorry you loyal truworths customer... No luck the new addition suffered the same fate and is falling apart from the top down

I may not get a response or even a replacement as it is way past the 6 month return policy.

But if can save you an R800 please afford me that satisfaction.

If you are not in the habit of letting your money peal away.. Then do not I repeat do not waste your money on a ****** Mary jacket from Truworths...

Go to Woolworths where you and your hard earned is valued

Luister tog asseblief ????
