Gift card balance incorrect
<p>i received a gift card from a friend in September 2015 to the value of R500. When I went to Truworths store in Kenilworth centre today 02 August 2016 to use my gift card, the assistant tells me there is only R110 on the card. Having never used the card I asked them to check as this is totally incorrect. Apparently the gift card was used at Ello street in Johannesburg on 27/06/16. I am in Cape Town.?I would like to have this looked into please as according to them, there is nothing that can be done. The money is just gone. From the reviews on hellopeter, I see this has happened to someone else before. </p>
