I bought a Cellphone and on the 1st April I app**** for Insurance on line [URL Removed] On the 7th April I called the # on the forms: *** to follow through on the application, was referred to *** then to ***, then to ***, again back to ***, lastly *** and was told that they don't deal with on line applications I should go to the store. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF AN ON LINE APPLICATION OPTION WHEN NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THOSE APPLICATIONS ARE SEND TO AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM?
WHY AM I BEING SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST AND NO ONE HAS A CLUE OF WHATS GOING ON IN THE SAME INSTITUTION - IS THIS HOW MUCH YOU VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS?
IF THIS IS NOT HOW ONE CAN APPLY THEN REMOVE THIS OPTION OR HAVE THE CORRECT CONTACT DETAILS.
CAN SOMEONE TELL ME OF HOW DO I GET MY CELLPHONE INSURED AND DON'T REFER ME TO THE STORE
AWAITING YOUR RESPONSE

Truworths' cellphone insurance cover is underwritten by Hollard Insurance Company Limited and administered by Finrite Insurance Administrators, thus any application submitted via truworths.co.za is processed by them.

We have noted the name on the account number provided in your post is different to yours and have attempted to contact you on the number provided to discuss this matter. As we were unsuccessful in our attempts we have sent you an email.
