<p>Never before have I had such proactive follow up on an issue of finding out where your team has possibly 'dropped the ball' with regards to your service offerings.</p> <p>Forgive me,I dont recall all the names but to the lady at Truworths Gatineau for finding the problem on my registration card ,for alerting the regional who then also called me back a few days later to meet me know they are following up...very unexpected!</p> <p>I thank you for taking the time...you've gained a lifelong loyal customer...your product converted me but I'm more impressed now after this service from your team ..this kind of care towards your customers is so refreshing and rare...</p>
