Garment return

I have bought a LTD two piece for my child and I saw late that is tone so I returned it they don't want to take it back because they say is my fault and it was worn. I spoke to the supervisor and explained that I got it in that condition so now they say that they can't take it back I am very disappointed because I bought it on Saturday according to the law it didn't even take a 72 hours.
