Furious over incompetence of truworths customer service department

It's been over a month after paying off my account with truworths, still no paid up letter even after sending emails to their service department because VVM says they can't do anything till truworths sends them the paid up letter ,I wrote a complaint here on hello Peter, they sent me a meaningless email the next day telling me the matter will be resolved which was over a week ago ,payment done in May, it's now July and I'm still stuck
