Furious Customer
I am appalled at level of customer service I have received today at Truworths Adderley street. I bought a denim shirt that had a R170 red sticker on, and when I went to pay I was charged R370. The lady who was assisting me called the supervisor who came after a while, the supervisor took the shirt away and claimed that she was going to check on the system. What was there to check? The red sticker was written R170 and the least she should have done was to apply the discount. I stood for a good five minutes until I decided to return to work as my lunch time was over. As I am typing Truworths has both the shirt and my money. Please advise
