Furious

Had an arrangement to pay 27 Nov 2021. Without any further warning was handed over to VVM 12 Nov who then not only sms’d me account and personal details but also sent the same sms to a member of my family who is not linked to my account at all and is on medication for panic attacks. This has now caused huge embarrassment and stress when the account would have been settled on the original agreed date. This is totally unacceptable and a violation of POPIA to be contacting members of my family about my account
