FURIOUS !!!!!
<p>I went to Alberton Boulevard found nothing and then went to Carnival Mall (stying in Alberton!!!) to look for a pair of boots, found a pair but they never had my size. i asked them to look on the computer to see what other store has a size 8 for me and they informed me that Lakesite Mall has a pair. I rushed over, from Carnival Mall, to Lakeside Mall as i had a ****ion on Sa****ay night and needed the boots urgently !!!! When i got home and after my shower and dryng my hair (about 13h30, function started at 14h00!!) i eventually started to get dress and to my detrement ..................my one shoe was a 8 and the other one a 6 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to change my whole outfit and AGAIN drive all the way to Lakeside Mall (40 kilo's!!!) on Sunday to get the other size 8 !!! I was really not very impressed with Truworths !!!!!!!!</p>

When processing a sales transaction for shoes our consultants are required to check that the shoes in the box correspond to the codes on the box.
