Fully settled yet still owing
I have settled the account and I I have received the paid up letter, yet my account is still not updated on the bureau?

18 Dec 2023, 16:09I understand but, you didn't update the balance in November, I fully settled the account before the end of November, why is the outstanding balance not R0.00 and now it's the middle on December.
