Frustated customer.

I bought short and sanddles USING cash at Jabulani store only to find out that the cloths i bought were not the right size for my son. I went to Protea Glen store, told them my story that i misplaced my invoice and i only want to swap for the size and pay more. Dudu and her cashier they were not willing assist. I could not drive to Jabulani as i stay in Protea glen. I call Truworths customer careline and spoke to France, him as well as a team leadercould not assist. Question is that what if I bought the cloths in another province will they send me to that provice to exchange? Not happy at all as I end up using my account which i was avoiding. I will have to close my account with this store.
