From being the best retailer services to the worst I would nver shop there

I Thought shopping its a one thing that helps us as customers to distress but this days I strongly believe it causes stress as we get to encounter sales consultant that feels they dping us a favor if they go extra mile to assist us when we are in store how ever they dp forget they are also a client somewhere in other industrials, let me get to a poin 16 february I purchased shoes for my auntie using a Gift card as we are to attend a funeral unfortunate the shoes I had bought where to big so had to return Then I got to realize when I get To pretoria that I have lost the docket But because I was a truworths custmer for a period of time I went back explained to a sales consultant my story with a knowledge that as I used a gift card they might have a copy of the docket l, the sales consultant adviced I got back look therough for the docket or I exchange of which I looked but remember if they is a funeral in the house things just bcomes a mess went back to the store(sammy marks) decided to exchange to take 2 dresses for my daughter but as we all know possibility the dresses might not fit booom I am told I wont get docket as I lost my slip okay I understand the whole thing of being irresponsible and loosing the docket but what if they don't fit her would it not be easy if I get one so they can be able to exchange as she reside in Limpopo "She said NOPE" I can only make an exchange in samny marks "Like when has shopping started to become so difficult for customers especially if she purchasedcwith a gift card I do acknowledge my mistakes of loosing the proof of purchase but truworths was once one store that I am for sure it has been providing the best customer services but after that day I believe other external customers who received worse customer servicevI rate them 0 my shopping experience has baceme a stress
