Friendly service doesn't exist at truworths elements
<p>On the 25th February 2017 i went shopping for a lotion at truworths elements in secunda Mall. Was meet by an unfriendly face who was just not interested in customer service. She was rude. I asked her where her name tagname tag was. She answered that they don't have name tags. Asked for her name she said "i don't have to give you my name" i heard a co-worker call her Nokuthula. The lady who ringed up my goods was friendly her name is Pretty. Truworths please teach Nokuthula customer service 101. </p>
