Frequent beyond poor service Tuworths online

Truworths online is one of the worst online platforms!! It takes them 3 days to process a one item order! When you request to speak to an agent the automated response of 5 to 7 working days is given. Why do they employ agents for customer service if they have AI that provide the exact same response. They loose so many customers with their poor online performance. I am always frustrated when placing an online order, which I will only do as the very last resort - item/s not available in the shops. Seriously Truworths, online orders are the future, invest in competent people who wants to work, who renders good customer service and can speak and understand English fluantly. It is time for you to get rid of the dead wood in your online department.

Pse have a look at the Truworths online WhatsApp reply: The 5 to 7 working days for delivery are calculated from the time the order is collected by the courier. When the order is placed, the items need to be located at different stores first. We apologize if this wasn't clear initially. Thank you for your patience as we ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Our aim is to assist you effectively, and we are committed to finding a solution for you. Rest assured you will be updated via SMS once the Parcel is in trip for delivery to the store chosen for collection and once the Parcel is ready for collection.
