FREE VOUCHER ****

I received a free voucher and bought shoes when i wanted to exchange the shoes they then told me that i have forfeited the voucher which was never explained to me. The supervisor was very rude and not willing to assist. They even failed to give me the terms and conditions where it specified that u have to exchange on a specific date. The cashier even said its a free voucher i mean what the hell they shouldn't have given it to me in the first place. The service at that shop sucks also i wish i wouldn't have to go back to that store. The ques are always long and u find 1 cashier working management doesn't care.The poor cashier had to run around phoning around when he has a supervisor i have never seen such!!!
