********** Truworths Account

Truworths opened a ********** account in my name. I only learned of 'Truworths account in arrears' three months after it was opened. I am told that the account was opened in July 2022 in Germiston. Nothing was verified with me upon account opening. I never lost my ID card, it was never ******. I have emailed Truworths an affidavit stating them of ***** committed in their system in my name. I have had no response from Truworths to date. This account could only have been opened with the help of Truworths staff member and I would like the matter to be investigated. I am tired of being harrassed for a debt I have no knowledge of and demand it to stop. I would like to open the case and so I request Truworths to send me the contract of the account and the staff member that processed the account application. I also urge Truworths to clear my name.
