********** Impersonation
I have received notification from Transunion for the second time that an impersonator using my personal details is trying to open a clothing account under my name. I am very disgruntled at the fact that anyone has easy access to open an account under somebody's name without the use of proper protocol being followed to open an account. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer under the POPI Act and intend on taking further legal action should this continue.
