********** Credit Application submitted using my ID number

Good day,

I received a notification from a Credit Bureau that an enquiry has been done on my credit profile for a credit application on 7 Oct 2020.

I did not apply for any credit at Truworths and I have previously raised this issue with Truworths in 2018 when a first attempt happened. I am deeply disappointed that Truworths does not have controls in place to pick this up.

Please cancel the credit application and launch an investigation on this.

I will really appreciate prompt assistance on this matter
