********** accounts opened in my names...
last year I discovered someone open the Truworths and Identity accounts in my name. I did avadavat for both accounts and tool it to Truworths so that they can be faxed to their head office so that the accounts may be closed. I requested them to clear my name but am still waiting as this stupid ********** accounts have affected my credit record. I want them to clear my name as I cannot apply for any credit . And I want an apology letter, cause I fail to understand why account was opened in my name without any varification . It shows some companies are incompitent ...

We would like to assure you that our selection process for any new account application is very thorough and we do have preventative measures in place. Occasionally, we are not successful in our attempts; however, when we are notified of ***** immediate action is taken.
We are however pleased to confirm that the investigation of these accounts have been concluded and successfully resolved. A clearance letters for both accounts will be sent to you via email, and a full ITC clearance has been done.
